Serving the industry since 1977, Amerisafe distributes safety and insulation products as well as other contractor supplies, including a wide range of industrial and commercial insulation solutions. Amerisafe was acquired by SPI in October 2021.
Founded in 1994, Burnham Insulation Sales, Inc. has managed insulation requirements for high-profile projects since its inception. Their commitment to excellence makes them a complete source for commercial and industrial insulation supplies and materials. Burnham Insulation, Inc. was acquired by SPI in October 2021.
Foam Direct offers spray foam products with unrivaled customer support at wholesale pricing. Located in Fowlerville, MI, they carry a range of equipment for all spray foam needs. Foam Direct was acquired by SPI in December 2022.
GLT was founded in 1956 under the name Great Lakes Textiles. Today, they provide thermal, mechanical, and acoustical insulation products. Their network includes manufacturing, fabrication, and distribution centers. GLT Products was acquired by SPI in May 2021.
Founded over 50 years ago, Industrial Insulation Sales, Inc. takes pride in meeting customers' ever-changing needs. They are a leading distributor and fabricator of industrial and commercial insulation and related accessories. IIS was acquired by SPI in September 2021.
Founded in 1995, Intech has been a leading spray foam equipment provider for over 25 years. They offer spray foam equipment, mobile foam spray rigs, PPE, and related accessories. Intech was acquired by SPI in October 2022
Founded in 2008, Newstar is a major stocker and distributor of all Aspen Aerogels products in Canada. They distribute product across the entire country. Newstar was acquired by SPI in June of 2021.
Founded in 2006, Rocky Mountain Construction Wholesale stands on three principles in business: service, knowledge, and integrity. A major wholesale distributor, they specialize in building insulation. RMCW was acquired by SPI in March 2021.
Spray Foam Distributors of New England is committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering the best solutions for their customers. A leading distributor of spray foam supplies, they provide products and services to the New England region. SFDNE was acquired by SPI in January 2023.
Shook & Fletcher traces its roots back to early 1900s steel production, and now offers products and services within the commercial and industrial insulation markets. SFI has fabrication and distribution locations across the Southeast. Part of Shook & Fletcher’s mechanical insulation business was acquired by SPI in October 2022.
Founded in Cleveland in 1981, Therm-All is one of the largest metal building laminators in the U.S. Therm-All offers a complete line of insulation products and has been involved in the development of many insulation quality standards that improve safety and performance. Therm-All was acquired by SPI in March 2022
Thermaxx Jackets was founded in 1986. Their formula for success is simple: success = the total sum of customer experiences. Thermaxx Jackets sells quality removable insulation blankets for pipes, valves, and heavy equipment. Thermaxx Jackets was acquired by SPI in July 2021.
CSC Spray Foam was founded in 2021. They are located in Oklahoma City, OK and offer all spray foam products, open cell, closed cell, roof foam, coatings, equipment, parts, PPE, accessories, etc. CSC Spray Foam was acquired by SPI in February 2024.

Founded in 1981, Bellis Australia is a leading industrial insulation distributor and fabricator based in Brisbane, Queensland Australia, with five branches across major markets in Australia. Bellis is dedicated to safety, quality, innovation, and customer service. Bellis Australia was acquired by SPI in November 2024.
SMC Industries is a leading fabricator of aerogel blankets for the last 20 years with branches in Houston, TX and Malvern, PA. SMC has a great market reputation and is known for their precise products and automated fabrication processes. SMC Industries' Prefabricated Blanket Division was acquired by SPI in March 2025.
Headquartered in Montreal, Québec, Canada, Dispro has served the mechanical, commercial, HVAC, and OEM markets since 1982, earning a strong reputation across Eastern Canada for its deep technical expertise, customer-first solutions, and commitment to service. SPI acquired Dispro in June 2025.
